Reiki 1 Workshop, day 1 of 2 day class

In a Reiki One Workshop, participants are guided to connect with themselves with the support of Reiki.  Reiki was originated in Japan, and can be translated as “divinely inspired Energy”.  During the 10-hour weekend workshop, students will be attuned to Reiki, opening up the channel within themselves.  In the this workshop a student will learn the history of Reiki, all the proponents of it, how it can be applied, and how to access it to offer it to oneself and others.  The main intent of a Reiki 1 class is self-care and learning daily practices to incorporate Reiki within one’s life for healing and balance.  

The class will be held in an intimate setting at the Healing Collective in White Plains, NY over two days.  Support will be given to the students also during the 21 days after the class, as one integrates the energy within themselves and practices with the different techniques.  A follow up 2-hour circle will be organized for after the 21 days, so that the group could come together to submit assignments, ask questions, be in the energy and receive certificates.  The Reiki 1 class is such a beautiful opportunity to bring a student “home” to oneself and to allow additional energetic support in one’s life.
